1. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) is a light, sweet crude oil that servesas one of the main global oil benchmarks.

2. Dubai Crude is a medium sour crude oil extracted from Dubai. Dubai Crude is used as a price benchmark or oil marker because it is one of only a few Persian Gulf crude oils available immediately.

3. Russian Export Blend Crude Oil (REBCO), also known as Urals oil, is a medium gravity sour crude. It is a mixof heavy oil from the Urals and the Volga region with light oil of Western Siberia. There are two main qualities of export oil in Russia: Urals Blend and Siberian Light. Siberian Light, produced in Siberia, has a lower sulphur content and lower viscosity than Urals Blend — a mixture of crude oils consisting of Siberian Light with high sulphur oils produced in Russia’s European regions.

Points of clarification:

The Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) for petroleum products must be submitted. In case of delivery on Free on Board (FOB) terms: A storage agreement for oil tanks at the port of Rotterdam (for example), and/or a letter from the tank facilities owner in the port of Rotterdam should be provided to (Company name) for providing oil storage tanks in case of signing the fuel supply SPA Contract with (company name).
